Vera Il'inichna Matveeva (rus.: Вера Матвеева) (23.10.1945 — 11.8.1976) was a Soviet singer and poetess. Born in Kuybyshevka-Vostochnaya (nowadays Belogorsk) in Russia's Far East, she lived and died in Khimki in Moscow Oblast. She worked on assembly lines, as a corrector, a laboratory assistant, a journalist.
