Ukrainian electronic project Vzryvatieli ("exploders" - rus.) was established by an old-timer of domestic pop-scene Vasyl' Tkach (vasyltkach) and Andrey "Fenn" Negrescu in 1996 under moniker Dr.Tka4 & Mr.Fenn, under which they've produced 8 songs, including popularized later Хорошо and several remixes.
