"Kazachiy Krug" (Cossack Circle) group under the creative management of Vladimir Skuntsev was created in 1986 in Moscow on principle of compatriot association on the basis of the studio of amateurs of Cossack songs at Cultural Center of the "Serp i Molot" factory. The repertoir of this group are favourite songs of the Cossacks of Don, Kuban, Ural, Siberia, Terek.
