"Мясцовы Час" (translates from belarusian as "Local time") is a belarusian hard rock formed in 1987 in Navapolatsk (blr. Наваполацк) by Alies Kuzmin (Алесь Кузьмін) and Viachaslau Makas (Вячаслаў Макас). Firstly their songs were in russian.
