Aming (あみん), is a female Japanese pop/folk duo consisting of Takako Okamura (岡村孝子), born January 29, 1962, and Haruko Katou (加藤晴子), born January 2, 1963. They were active for a short time in the early 80's, and made a comeback in 2007. In 1982 they won the 23rd Popcon Grand Prix with the song "Matsuwa", (待つわ, I'll wait) which became a huge hit when released as their debut single. Read more on Last.fm.
