D=OUT (ダウト) is a five piece Japanese rock band in the visual-kei scene. The band formed in December of 2006 under the concept of Patriotic Entertainers. They were signed to the label SPEED DISK and being distributed by Geneon Universal Entertainment. In July 2010 it was announced that D=OUT joined PS COMPANY's indies division Indie-PSC, their eighth single "Psychedelico∞Psychedelico" is the first release with the new label.
