トゥライ (Tolie) is an alias (in singing) of RyuuseiP/minato, a Vocaloid producer who was famous for both his works (some well-known songs are "Spice!", magnet, etc.) and his try-to-sing Vocaloid songs (but most of them are not his own songs, except for "Spice!" and "Soar" which were sung in an event and "magnet" which has been uploaded recently).
