There are two artists that go by this name. 1. ハルシオン (HALSION) was a young visual kei rock band from Sapporo, Japan who began activities on April 20, 2009. Four out of the five members had previously played together in the band Scandal. The band held its very fist live on April 20, 2009 at Sapporo KRAPS HALL.
