PlayBalls (プレイボールズ) is a Japanese baseball-themed idol group. All the members have been involved with baseball in some form, for example being a baseball or softball club member at school. In order to promote baseball, they will "convey the appeal of baseball through the forms of idols and music". Their live events are called "matches" (試合, shiai).
