Ami Onuki (大貫亜美) (born September 18, 1973) is a member of the Japanese pop duo PUFFY, along with Yumi Yoshimura (吉村 由美). She was born in Machida, Tokyo, Japan. In 1995, Ami sent audition tape to Sony Music, later saying "I just wanted to look at the rejection letter and see what they would put in the note to say sorry."
