Shiho Niiyama (March 21, 1970 – February 7, 2000) was a Japanese seiyuu (voice actress). Some of her more famous roles include Seiya Kou/Sailor Starfighter in Sailormoon, Deedlit in the TV version of Record of Lodoss War, Suou Takamura in CLAMP School Detectives, Rie Shibusawa in Battle Skipper, and Kimiko Ayanokouji in Debutante Detective Corps/Ojousama Sousamou.
