Hiroko Matsumae (松前ひろ子, born Hiroko Nakamura) is an enka singer from Shiriuchicho, Kamiisogun, Hokkaido, Japan. Matsumae is the wife of composer Hiroshi Yamaguchi (山口ひろし), and the cousin of renowned enka singer Saburo Kitajima (北島三郎). Her artistic skills include playing the koto and the Tsugaru shamisen, and the Fujimari school of traditional Japanese dance.
