My Dead Girlfriend are a Japanese shoegaze/noise pop band from Saitama, Tokyo, Japan. The band was formed in July of 2005 by guitarist Yuki Ishikawa and bassist Yuki Otsuka. The present line up of band members includes Yuki Ishikawa on guitar and vocals, Megumi Ideta on vocals and keyboards, Akihiro Kinoshita on guitar, Kunii on drums, and Mai Takahashi on bass guitar and vocals.
