陳惠婷 (Chen Huiting) was born April 3, 1978 in Taiwan. She has performed with rock band Tizzy Bac as a singer and keyboard player. She graduated from the Central University of the French Department of Radio and Television Institute of National Chengchi University and received a master's degree.
