1/3 Octave Band is an ambient / drone duo from Wellington, New Zealand that consists of Bill Wood of Birdcatcher and Jules Desmond (ex Grey Daturas) of Black Boned Angel. They have also been known to collaborate with others unfortunate enough to agree to do so.
