2nd effect formed in Tokyo, consisting of Nasty (vocals), who had previously been in Zeliacourt and The Cat Food Lounge, Captain Junn (guitar) and Y.A.C. (bass). As well as playing various lives they released their first demo tape, "PSYCHOMANTICE", in February of 1999 and followed it up with their second demo, "love+infection".
