3 Stages of Pain were a hardcore band from Sheffield, England. The band signed to undergroove records and their first album 'With Chaos In Her Wake' was released in 2002, and the band acheived critical acclaim, they landed a John Peel Radio One Session and went on to tour with amongst others Clutch, Therapy?, Pale Horse, 27 and Dukes of Nothing.
