5 Seconds is polish Punk Rock band from Warsaw. They're playing from the beginning of 2005 year, and only drums change (already 3 times), and head of the band, I mean Gruby on bass and backing vocals and Zander on guitar and vocals, stays the same. They have two demo tapes on their account - "Gorsze Demo" (means "worse demo tape") and "Nagrywamy za tydzień" (means "we're recording in one week").
