1897-1963 Born Aiden Wilson Tozer on April 21, 1897 in Pennsylvania. Tozer began preaching in 1919 as pastor of a West Virginia church. He continued his preaching ministry for 44 years until his death in 1963, at which time he was pastoring in Toronto, Canada. The majority of his life, however, was spent in Chicago leading a Christian and Missionary Alliance church.
