A Dawn Becoming began in May 2007. Ted Everingham, Dennis Gee and Bryon Wright formed a group and started writing an enormous amount of songs. They were satisfied with the material and now just needed a band to pull it off. So Dave Shaffer joined the band at the end of August and Eric Parks joined in the first week of September.
