Abel Ashes & The Runs was a San Diego based band active from 1997 to 2002. The band was formed in 1997 during recording sessions for the Ashes penned song “The CEO” for the Accretions record label’s compilation CD “Trummerflora 2”. Over the next 5 years the band would perform sporadically at bars and nightclubs in the San Diego area.
