Abest is a DIY band located in Göttingen, Germany, that was formed in late 2011. They mix different modern musical styles to something that nowadays would most likely be called post-metal or dark hardcore. Early 2012 they recorded their first Demo MMXII, which was released on the 23rd of March. A 7” Split with Absolutist (IR) ist planned to be released late 2012.
