Adam Scone is a Hammond Organ player who was born in Youngstown, Ohio. He met Dr. Lonnie Smith as a teenager and started playing the B3. He became known in the Jazz/Funk scene in New York City in the mid-1990s. Scone is known in the Jazz world for playing with Alto saxophone player Lou Donaldson and other Soul Jazz legends including Melvin Sparks, Ben Dixon, George Braith, and Jimmy Cobb.
