Agarta is an instrumental side-project of three members of progressive metal band Extrovert: Max Popov, Valery Shukevich and Denis Popov featuring a guitarist Svyatoslav "Mith" Opritov. Their music style can be described as fusion but it also includes a lot of jazz, funk and metal elements. The project was founded in 2000.
