AGUARDIENTE SWING QUARTET was formed at the beginning of 2001, as a tribute to the music of Django Reinhardt. Two guitar players, Daniel Barbieri and Juan Ras, join forces to play “Gipsy Jazz” together. After a while Humberto Corrales, double bass player, joined the project.They include drums and violin in some of their performances, and they invite singers to perform with them occasionally.
