"Alberto Shiroma and the Diamantes are 3rd generation Peruvian-born Japanese, who have performed internationally. They currently live in Japan and do many live concerts to thousands of young people. They sing in Japanese and Spanish. In 1985, Alberto won the best vocalist in Peru's singing competition with a prize of a trip to Japan. A year later, he was giving live performances in Japan.
