"Amos Osterhaus was born on May 15, 1996. He started playing the piano at the age of nine, fell in love with the instrument and made quick progress. In 2006, his entry for the Dutch NBE children's composition contest brought him on the stage of the Koorenhuis in The Hague, occasioning his first appearance for a large audience.
