Ampharos, formerly "Dawn Of The Forgotten", were a 5 piece Deathcore band from Melbourne, Australia, between mid-2007 and early-2009. They released a 3 track demo in late 2008, and were looking promising until the band was torn by creative difference in early 2009. The band split down the middle, with the guitarists pursuing a more Technical Death Metal sound, and the drummer and bassist looking to start a new Melodic Hardcore band.
