Antler Antennas was born in a spaceship set in Riverwest, Milwaukee. Evolving from producer Sean Behling and Seth Warren-Crow's collaborations known as Folding Line Trio, they became Melon and Meerkat. In the studio, the group expanded with Stumblesome's Wes Tank recording his silly wildman songs.
