Nikolas Asimos (Νικόλας Άσιμος, real name Νικόλας Ασημόπουλος) [1949 - 1988] was a Greek rock singer & songwriter, known for his provocative and uncompromising songs and lifestyle. He often had problems with the police and suffered from a form of schizophrenia. He used to record his songs in friends' houses and circulated them in the 'underground' community.
