Azer Rezayev (Azerbaijani: Azər Rzayev; born in Baku in 1930) is an Azerbaijani composer. He is an honored artist of the Azerbaijan Republic, a Prizewinner of International Composers competition and a Professor. In 1953 he graduated from Azerbaijan State Conservatoire in (violin and composition classes).
