Back to Reality arose in 2005 from the ashes of Szrod, whose existence dates back to 2000. Szrod engaged in rap-core and crossover and published a demo cd entitled "Bezsens" in 2004. The following year brings an unexpected change as the drummer, Choruss, leaves the band and is replaced by Kwacho.
