Baskíria was born in 1999 in Hungary by two former members of a grind core band, called Crucifixation. Péter Rajna and Zoltán Báder found a new guitarist Károly Venyegés (his former band was Arvalis). Sándor Linchtman was the bass guitarist for one month. Gábor Ocsenás joined to the band after Sándor had quit. They made their demo by SP studio in the Summer of 2000. This demo was Az õsök bosszúja (Revenge of the Ancestors).
