Simon Andersson was born 1980 and lives in Eskilstuna, Sweden. Started to play guitar at the age of seven and studied music at JBR in Gävle. Guitarist Mattias Windemo was his teacher/mentor for three years. Played in various local bands and switched to bass in the end of 1998. Did a concert with Mats/Morgan in 1999, together with JBR big band. Graduated in spring 1999 and did a guest appearance (guitarsolo) with metal band Meshuggah.
