Way back in 1988, John Peel favourite, Bastard Kestrel made noise. And lots of it. Their sound was based on chaos, experimentation and anarchy. They were domineering and prescient, a dadist mash up of swell maps / faust / sonic youth / bogshed and all the brutality that ensues forthwith.
