Battlesnake are a 3-piece from Melbourne, Australia. They play free-rock: improvised rock music without solos. The line-up is: Adam Smith: Bass Michael Pulsford: Drums Gus Kemp: Electric Piano. They're a little bit like The Necks in attitude but are a rock band, not a jazz band. And maybe a bit like Bohren and Der Club OF Gore in terms of sound.
