WHO IS BAWER CAN? Bawer Can was born in Mardin / Derik, a town in Northern Kurdistan. After finishing secondary and high school in Derik he entered to university. His main aim was to be a teacher but because he sanged banned Kurdish music he had to leave Derik and exiled to Cukurova, a town in South of Turkey.
