Ben Arp got his start in music by volunteering at a community radio station in Davis, CA, USA. He began producing music in 1998. His most notable past projects were the label Crunch Pod and his EBM / rhythmic noise band C/A/T, both of which ceased activity in 2011. Arp's work released under his given name focused on ambient and downtempo glitch electronics. Arp was also behind the project Corvx de Timor which he formed in January 2012 and ended in July 2014.
