The band formed in 1997 from the break-up of an existing line-up known as "Indastria". The core of the band, made of Luca "BETE" Betelli (Drums), Mac Henry (Guitar) and Francesco "Cecco" Saleri (Vocals & Keyboards), has continued to live with the new name of "BettyBoom". The three were joined by Michele (Guitar/Keyboards) and Gabriele (bass) and with the new line up started producing music in their native language.
