Beyond Today started with Guy Johnston, Tony Trujillo, and Cory Burke in June of 2013. Within just a couple weeks of beginning the project they already had a handful of songs that were ready to be recorded. They chose Amplified Wax Recording Studio in Spokane as their destination.
