In 1996 the Secret Method broke into an abandoned property in Southern Ireland - the so-called Black River House, which had been made notorious in 1992 for an unexplained murder case. They stayed for two months, recording tracks for their intended debut album for Golden Hoof Records. The sessions met with difficulties and all contact with the group was lost by May 1996.
