Bloodeagle Waistcoat is a collaborative hip-hop/rap duo from Chicago, Illinois. BW (Bloodeagle Waistcoat) is brainchild of two successful underground artists Paul "Rapsputin" Hot Dog and Morty "Coronary" Grass.
