Bob Siller was born in San Bernardino California. He graduated from Redlands High School and went on to study at a local college where, while singing in a folk trio, he was fortunate enough to play a few of his songs for some "kid" from Oklahoma who was working at a recording studio in LA. The "kid" who liked what he heard turned out to be Jimmy Webb and his song"Up Up and Away" by The Fifth Dimension got him six Grammy's that year.
