Bonda was one of the first Belarusian rock bands active from 1980 till 1989. After the band’s break-up its members formed such bands as Krama, Rokis, ULIS and The Little Blues Band. The band was formed in 1980 by students of the Belarusian State Theater and Art Institute Ivan Markaŭ and Siarhiej Knyš together with a student of the Belarusian State Conservatory Viačasłaŭ Ściapanaŭ as the first vocalist.
