Breakwater II is the creation of Chris Papadopoulos, a 2nd year medical student at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He grew up in Mattituck, a small town on the North Fork of Long Island (The band name Breakwater II is actually inspired by the name of a rocky/seaweedy beach where Chris spent his summers). Chris’ influences include The National, The Strokes, Band of Horses, Wolf Parade, and Pink Floyd.
