Brother Dvooa (pronouced "da-voo-a") is an up-and-coming, underground hip hop artist and poet hailing from Inland Empire, CA (other wise known as "the 909"). Dvooa later migrated to Los Angeles, which is where he currently rests (Inglewood, CA to be exact).
