Buddy Quaid was born on November 26, 1974 in Houston, Texas. He is the youngest of 6, including his older famous acting brothers Dennis & Randy Quaid. Buddy started playing guitar at the age of 10 and was taught by his brother Dennis. He wrote his first song on guitar at the age of 10 during the filming of "The Big Easy" in New Orleans.
