Côte Déserte was begun as a project by two Russian musicians, Philip Croaton from Saint-Petersburg, RU and Maxim Komov from Moscow in late 2007. It was a kind of joke that time, basically. Both Philip and Maxim decided to compose a tune under influence of Angelo Badalameni’s soundtrack for Twin Peaks TV series by David Lynch.
