Canon Law is an electronic-punk band from New Jersey. Originally a Ska-Core band from 2001-2004; then came back in 2007 and ended in 2009; and transformed from a Ska-core band to a "Zombie Techno" group before breaking up. Just before breaking up Kirk Edward Nilsen II (vocals / song writer) joined Skwert from Choking Victim for a side band called Public Serpents.
