Captain Sparky is a three piece folk punk band based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and is self described as "If screamo met folk punk and hopped a train. Drunk." Formed originally in late 2012 as a project between the vocalist, Julie Nix, and guitarist/vocalist Rodeo - the band toured alongside artists Cud Eastbound and Beyon Champagne on an eight week United States tour.
